"Where can we buy international newspapers and magazines from?"
You can buy them from the Concierge Desk located in the lobby, otherwise daily international newspapers are available in Cafe Praha and the Let`s Eat restaurant. Our guests will be able to enjoy over 2000 full content, current-day newspappers and magazines on their device during the stay. This service is complimentary. Please ask Concierge for further information how to access this service.
"Where can we find guided city tours or city guides?"
Please contact the concierge for more details about tours. We can arrange for you to be picked up from the hotel.
"How do I get to the city centre?"
There is a tube station just in front of the hotel. It takes approx. 5 minutes into the centre.
"Where can we buy metro tickets and how do we use them?"
Tickets are available at the concierge; a 24hrs-ticket will cost you 110 CZK. Before you enter the zone of the public transport, you have to validate your ticket in the turnstile.
"What are the metro`s operating hours?"
Every day from 5am up to midnight.
"Is it possible to call a hotel taxi from the city centre?"

"Is it possible to get certain medicines within the hotel?"
Our staff can arrange for a doctor to visit you in your hotel room.
"Do we need to have a reservation in restaurant?"
Reservations are recommended but guests are welcome to walk in any of our restaurants.
"Where can we buy theatre tickets?"
Our concierge has online access to the Prague theatre reservation system.
"Do I have to wear a tie and suit to go to the theatre?"
The tie is not necessary, however we advise you to wear a suit.
"Is the water from the taps in the hotel suitable for drinking?"
Yes, without any restrictions.
"Where can we get phone cards?"
Phone cards are available at most of the shops.
"Are adaptor plugs available?"

"What are shop opening hours?"
Shops are open from 9:00 in the morning up to 7:00 in the evening Monday to Friday. On Saturday, shops usually stay open up to noon and supermarkets and shops in the centre are open on Sunday as well.
"How far is the airport?"
About 20 km away, this would take approx. 30-45 minutes by taxi, depending on the traffic.
"Are petrol stations open on Sunday?"
Yes, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
"Where can we use the computer?"
We have computer facilities on the 22nd floor as well as at the Business Lounge at the 24th floor.
"How can we go about getting baby-sitting in the hotel?"
