La Valette, known as the city's best buffet, features an open kitchen & live cooking stations serving international cuisine from all around the world, western and Arabic specialties and sumptuous desserts.

Our chefs will share some of the secrets behind the preparation, cooking and presentation of La Valette’s menus, whilst preparing a range of dishes at the live cooking open kitchen. The La Valette restaurant serves an eclectic menu of international cuisine, including fabulous salad displays, authentic mezzes and fine cuts of meat.

Set amid Corinthia’s elegant arabesque features blending with distinctly modern twists, the sumptuous buffet experience features a plethora of serving stations and country favorites. Utilizing local produce and products, each dish is created by Corinthia’s Five Star culinary team, including a series of decadent desserts, while the ambience is complemented by live musical entertainment.
