The Management Team includes Jean Pierre Mifsud who is the Director of Operations, Marie Claire Camilleri who is the Front Office Manager, Kevin Arpa who is the Head Chef, Anton Schembri is responsible for Food & Beverage Operations, Eveline Fenech heads the Human Resources Department, Sandra Scerri is our Training & Development Manager, John Grech is the Security, Health & Safety Manager, Alarice Falzon is the Financial Controller, Jason Sultana is the Assistant Maintenance Manager, Rachel Abdilla who is Personal Assistant to the General Manager, Elizabeth Cutajar is the Housekeeper, Alaine Ciantar is the Director of Revenue, Estelle Borg is the Director of Sales & Marketing and Shirley Schembri is the Central Reservations Manager
