The Management Team includes Aldo Calleja who is the Front Office Manager, Kevin Arpa who is the Executive Chef, Anton Schembri is responsible for Food & Beverage Operations, Marie Louise Theobald heads the Human Resources Department, Sandra Scerri is our Training & Development Manager, John Grech manages the security of the property, Alarice Falzon is the Financial Controller, Laurence Cachia is the Chief Engineer, Donna Doyle is the Spa Manager, Elizabeth Cutajar is the Executive Housekeeper, Alaine Ciantar is the Director of Revenue, Estelle Borg is the Director of Sales & Marketing and Shirley Schembri is the Central Reservations Manager.
Together, this Team manages the property and ensures that top quality standards of service are delivered all around.
