The Hypogeum
This truly unique and aweinspiring site enjoys an individual listing on the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The Hypogeum consists of halls, chambers and passages hewn out of the living rock and covering around 500m². The site’s microclimate is strictly regulated to ensure its conservation. For this reason, the site is open to a maximum of 80 visitors each day.

The Museum is open Monday to Sunday from 09.00 to 16.00 hours (subject to museum availability) and groups will visit according to prebooked timeslots.
