Spa Policy:
In order to keep the relaxing ambiance of our Spa, please note that children under the age of 16 are allowed to use the Royal Spa every day only between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times by an adult who is competent in swimming. Thank you for your understanding!
Please kindly give 4 hours notice of cancellation to avoid 50% charge. All treatments not cancelled will be charged at 100%. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment time. We wish you a pleasant stay and a relaxing time!
